Peace of Cake

Peace of Cake is a wonderful bakery with the most delicious baked goods: cookies, cakes (custom, too), pies, brownies, bars, pastries,...loads of yummy stuff! I bought an apple pie that was outstanding; the crust and pir filling was delicious! The apples were fresh and the cinnamon, and sugar were spot on! I also tried their Halloween sugar cookies, lemon bars, and lemon cookies. All of them were yummmmmy! Everyone who works at the bakery is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought a beautiful piece of art made out of jewelry from the artist who works in the bakery. I can't wait to buy some pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and to indulge in more of their chewy and crunchy lemon cookies!

I have bought so many cakes from them over the years.... we're talking dozens. I picked up another one today and it was just as amazing as they always are.

I highly recommend this bakery! We ordered our son’s Naval Academy graduation cake and couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only was the design absolutely incredible, but the cake itself was also delicious. They exceeded our expectations in every way—professional, creative, and so easy to work with!

This bakery is one of the best in Maryland! They recently created a wedding cake winter wonder for my daughter -- absolutely stunning, delicious, and perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this bakery, with whom we have done business for nearly two decades. Yes, the hours are a challenge (3 pm!) but they are nearly flawless otherwise! Get your cakes and pastries here!

My most favorite thing in this shop is the store made granola, HANDS DOWN!! I wish I could just go in, grab my granola and go, but I've never left without something extra- one of their gorgeously decorated cookies, a pop tart or 2, a lemon bar, and sometimes one of those delectable fruit tarts!! I spotted this cake when I was in there, and it took everything not to buy it, knowing it's summer, and that I would devour the whole thing, plus it was so pretty, not sure I could cut it!! The staff is always amazing, and positive, and the prices very reasonable. BEST BAKERY ON THE ISLAND!!!
