Der Snow Cave

We had a good experience at Der Snow Cave. We tried the Dipping Dots ice cream for the first time: a very unique concept. We tried the Cookies & Cream flavor. Also the theme is very attractive for guests to visit and review.

We stopped by Snow Cove after lunch, and the kids had a blast. There’s no designated parking lot, so plan on finding street parking and walking a bit. No public restrooms on site, which is something to be aware of if you’re bringing young kids. The line was a little slow, but it was a sunny day and the place was clearly popular. Inside, the setup is colorful and playful. The wall decorations alone were worth a quick photo. The dessert selection is creative, combining Dippin’ Dots, slushees, shaved ice, and candy in fun ways. It’s definitely geared toward children, and they were fully immersed in the experience. If you’re looking for a treat spot that’s more than just sweets, this is a fun option for families. JY review

This is not only the coolest dessert shop in leavenworth but probably the coolest shop I have ever seen. I had the Frostbite Snowball which is a snowcone combined with dippin dots and such a cool twist. I cant wait to come back in the winter and try their toasty treats. Hot chocolate infused with dippin dots...what? AMAZING!
