Abendblume

We decided to go to Leavenworth for a quick overnight trip. We were able to book a room at this very clean, cute, and cozy B&B. The room was decorated so adorable and was super clean. The ambiance was just perfect. The room was so clean that breakfast in the morning was amazing. The negatives would be: the mattresses need to be replaced. One of the sinks was not working and was leaking. The shower was difficult to figure out. But it all worked fine… just needs some updating or replacing. It's not as quiet outside as I was hoping. I am sure it was more private… but new construction has moved in and is adding to the noise pollution, I am sure. I would definitely recommend it compared to a post-hotel type of vibe.

Kelly and her staff go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is always light and cheerful, and rooms are luxurious. We have been coming to this B&B every chance we get since our honeymoon 12 years ago. After a few years spent away we were able to make it back right after Kelly took over operations. She is aways a joy to chat with and why we keep coming back to spend our special occasions in Leavenworth.

This place is a solid 4. Most reviews are extremely positive because the place itself is beautiful and rooms are charming with many details (eg Christmas tree). However, the way the service works is a let down. I am not saying people aren't nice just the communication is non-existent. We arrived to two groups already waiting. One already seemed to have gotten a piece of paper, the other was waiting for that I guess. At least one of these was as confused as we were as to what to do once you get the paper. A simple "welcome" and "here is all the info you need, feel free to go to your room whenever you wish" would be sufficient but you are welcomed with someone asking about your name and then handing you a piece of paper saying it's for you. We've stayed at Abendblume several times. Each time was an absolute pleasure. The area is lovely to visit. The rooms are quiet and unique. The breakfast is wonderful. And, who doesn't love a small desert left for you at night?!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. Check in was incredibly easy. We arrived to a welcoming letter waiting for us that gave us all the instructions we needed to get to our room. The facility is immaculate and very well taken care of. We stayed in the Tannenbaum room. The bed was top tier comfort. My wife said it was her favorite out of all the places we have traveled. The suite was huge. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The morning breakfast was good and the lady servicing it was incredible. She was so friendly and nice. We loved that this is an adults only bed and Breakfast. The location was awesome. It's close to town and is quiet with great views of the mountains. We will definitely be coming back to stay. We loved it here and it was worth every penny spent. Grea
