Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Since when is it okay for employees to come to work in thier pj's? I come to pick up an order the store was completely dead . I wasn't greeted by an employee. I walk over to the blizzard bar and asked if they had my order . The order wasn't even started . She made the order and when she walked around the corner . She's was in purple crocs baggy Grey sweat pants a yellow shirt with a black mickey mouse sweat shirt this was approximately 530 pm on Wed October 22 . Another male employee had on Grey Alabama sleep pants . Did dairy queen do away with uniforms ? What is the manager doing ? 🤔 Do better dairy queen ! Do better .

What I am about to say is extremely unfortunate, and is backed by a sworn statement from a police officer. I used to love Dairy Queen. The only other place in town to get cheese curds, to my knowledge, is Buffalo Wild Wings, and I preferred DQ's to theirs. But I will never choose to eat at this establishment, or any other Dairy Queen ever again after what happened to me here. On or around December 30, 2025, I went into this Dairy Queen after purchasing new tires at the Walmart located across the street. The ordeal was lengthy and tiring, so I wanted to get something to eat, but I had to use the bathroom first. The owner should really review the security footage at the Laurel location. I arrived around 10 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11 PM, only to find the doors already locked. I went through the drive-thru and was told by a young woman that they were out of hamburger meat and fries, but I could still order chicken tenders or a Blizzard. Meanwhile, the lights were off in the back, and a woman with red braids was sitting at a table, scrolling on her phone. Lady in the window have a tie-dye pull over

I went by to get a vanilla malt ,got it and it was nothing but liquid,my wife and I go here alot and have never had a problem with food or anything but to charge 5.25 for nothing but liquid come on if the ice cream machine was not ready they should have told me will have to wait a few mins.

I got the perfect ice cream came for my mom's birthday.staff are friendly and nice place
