Chicken Salad Chick

Absolutely terrible customer service. We love chicken salad chick and come here often. However on our way out of town to visit family for the holidays we went through the drive though and ordered our usual, the chick with three scoops. We waited over 20 minutes behind one car before we were able to get up to the window to get our food. My husband asked what took so long to which the young man replied, “dude I have no clue”…we then asked a second employee who told us one of the flavors we ordered had to be made again…we understand that but why not apologize for the wait or treat us with kindness when we ask why we just waited 20+ minutes in a fast food drive through line… We then asked for extra crackers and were handed 3-4 packs. Ordered Chicken BLT and The The Chick , along with sides and drinks. The Chicken BLT did not have Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato. The The Chick was ok, just added that picture to show no bacon was mistakenly put on it. The last three times I've ordered from the Madison location the order is missing something or wrong. I've attempted contacting by phone only to leave a voicemail that was never returned. I've also provided feedback surveys and emails. Never had a reply. So, bottom line is they can't get orders correct. Doordash drivers are great! I have tried to get it another try and unfortunately things have changed. Very disappointing. Ordered food from here and it was literally thrown together. The grape salad had no pecans or brown sugar. Just grapes thrown in a little cream. There was also a piece of pasta and strawberry in the mix. The egg salad was just tossed on the plate.

I love the different varieties. Perfect for lunch time and not to heavy. The white chocolate cake was perfect

It was my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick. I was skeptical of the menu but was pleasantly suprised!! The food was fresh and the taste was spot on, everything was delish and the service was great! I would return!
