Casey's

I moved to country from Speedway and I’m still floored by great customer service. I picked up a pizza and the gentleman handed it to me said have a wonderful evening drive safe, and the cashier smiled and she said have a good evening come again! They could have put dog food in that pizza box and would be back for more because of the service! I will drive out of my way to give Casey’s my money.

Pizza is my main reason for leaving a review, ordered a BBQ Brisket Pizza tonight and finished it, I forgot to take a photo of the Pizza. I also got fuel and am rather happy with the quality of products and services offered by Casey's General Store. Attached is the left overs of the pizza... None.

This is the 2nd night in a row I’ve tried to go to Casey’s before 10pm and both times they were closed but it says they’re open till 12am

People are super friendly, but I've never been able to successfully order pizza. Can't order through the app (at least for Danville store) so you call, but the voice prompt isn't accepting orders, so they put you through to the store, and then you're on hold for as long as you wait because they will never pickup. This has happened to me more than 4 times and it's the same expirence every time. So if you want pizza, your only option is to go to the store, order it, then wait for 20-30 minutes. Pretty irritating.

Every machine was out of order, product in aisles that hasn't been stocked, no food at all in the displays, no fluid in the windshield brush thing. It would have been understandable if it was understaffed or something, but there was maybe 6 workers and most if not all were just standing around talking. And at the busiest time of the whole day.
