The Marmalade Sky

The host was very sweet. We stayed one night - Feb 13th. I asked if she would serve breakfast and she said absolutely. Made us a sweet Valentine’s Day breakfast with mimosas too. I love that she took the time to make the French toast into hearts. The b&b keeps its original charm. The prices are excellent and it’s very close to downtown Danville. We also booked 2 days before our stay and were grateful for the quick turn around getting us in.

We had a very nice one night stay! The rates were excellent, the place has character and it was clean and convenient! We loved the "Parlor" we could siti in with visiting family. It also had off street parking and a nice coffee bar!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay right in the heart of Danville. Truly charming and easy walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the breakfasts in the morning and felt right at home.

Had a great stay at Marmalade Sky! Tracie wasn’t home during the stay, so we did miss out on breakfast, but the room was clean and quiet. It was within walking distance of our friend’s wedding venue which was lovely, and Danville is a cute town (with some great food). The king bed was very comfortable. It’s an older home with all that comes with that, including charm of course. Most people who like bed & breakfasts expect some creakiness. I appreciated being at liberty to turn the thermostat up! Overall, a comfortable and unique stay.

Could not have asked for a better experience. I found this place totally by random and so glad I did. If I'm ever in the area again Tracy is my first phone call. The bed and breakfast is an older house that has a ton of character and is super cozy and welcoming. My room was super neat and super clean and the bed was super comfortable. I had my own bathroom across the hallway. There is a snack and coffee bar at the top of the stairs. The little things that go a long way that made me feel comfortable were things like Tracy having hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator for me with smiley faces written on them. Again I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Tracy thank you again for everything and how well you communicate and follow up. I appreciate things li
