Morita Mexican Kitchen - Danville

They are dirty. Could be cleaned and maintained better but honestly seems like they just need to update in there and it would be okay. Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. Food was good but shrimp still had the poop veins. Chips and queso was delicious! Salsa, it seemed sour tasting along with huge chunks of tomatoes so, we weren't a fan. Otherwise it's fine. We still stayed and enjoyed our visit with good conversation.

We called and ordered food to go. An order of double chicken fajitas and a regular order of chicken fajitas. The guy on the phone even repeated it back to me correctly. The “double order” was all in one container, about the same amount you would get from another mexican restaurant for a single order. The single order barely covered the bottom of the dish. There was literally 6-10 pieces of chicken. We looked at the receipt and it said 2 orders of chicken fajitas for $44. On their website it says the chicken fajitas are $17. Math seemed a bit screwy especially when you look at the amount of food you actually get. The tortillas were also so hard and crunchy, stuck together that you couldn’t even get them apart, but somehow raw in the middle. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

We came here tonight for a to go order. Spent $75 for my family of 5. Usually, we would spend about $50 for the same items when it was Los Patios. Okay - no big deal if the food was good and portions were good. However, when we got home and opened up everything to eat it, the portion sizes were ridiculous! It was enough food for maybe 3 people. The food was bland and thrown together. Nothing came with rice, beans, or the lettuce/pico that it used to come with. When it was Los Patios, the food was amazing and portions were plentiful. We will NOT be back.

I don't ever like to give a review like this. I love this place the food is unbelievable. I usually get perfect service and I know we all have those off days. So that is what I am hoping was here cause I paid $61 for 3 nacho carbonos it was nothing but chips and lettuce in all of them. This never happens either so I am shocked. I always get the lettuce, tomatoes, etc side in separate containers this time it was in the with the meal. I also always receive fair amount of meat in these. My order today wasn't anything near what I am used to and I spent $61 on basically salad dinner. I love their food it was really a shame I didn't get to experience my usual.

Today's Friday about 1pm . I've been at the hospital visiting & craving Mexican. So we came & ordered to go. It wasn't to full & service was quick. Chicken tacos, green enchiladas & a wet chicken burrito.. Everything is delicious..
