These beautiful girls helped me with my food today. They were the fastest and kindest people I’ve ever talked to. They made ordering so easy and were always happy to fetch me what I needed. They always helped with a big smile on their face. If you ever see them working register, make sure they take your order. They will take amazing care of you. Their names are Kenzie and Anabella. Definitely coming back just to see these ladies.

This was genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. The food was neatly packaged, well-organized in the bag, and arrived in perfect condition. Everything looked clean and carefully prepared. While waiting, I observed employees following proper food safety practices, including changing gloves and keeping a sanitary workspace. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Any questions or concerns were handled respectfully and without dismissiveness. The manager was engaged, took responsibility, and ensured everything was handled correctly. There was clear accountability, an apology when appropriate, and a real effort to make things right. Like several people I’ve read on here, I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep returning, but almost every time I’m disappointed- today being the worst experience- not only the food but specifically the Customer Service. Culver’s is a convenience drive for us, with littles and it being close by we often times choose this spot, because when they make it right (very rarely) it’s good. Today 12/3 we decided to go again we got two burgers that I specified several times NO BACON, everything on it but add grilled instead of raw onions. I get home… and it has bacon and missing several toppings- including the grilled onions. I wish I could say that the food was the biggest disappointment but how the manager handled the situation as well as the team lead was all wrong. Possibly th

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. The food was literally dumped into the bottom of the bag, not packaged properly, and arrived a complete mess. That alone would have been unacceptable, but it got worse. I watched employees eating and then continuing to prepare food while wearing the same gloves. That is a basic food safety issue and completely unacceptable. The staff was rude and dismissive when the problem was brought up. Instead of addressing the concerns or attempting to make things right, the manager took no responsibility and had an excuse for everything. No accountability, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. Culver’s is supposed to be known for quality and service. This location delivers neither. Cold as outside, inside! Cold biscuits. Mash and "gravy" sparce ! Fish was good and slaw.
