They were very rude. When I asked them politely to change the size of the cup from 8 to 16 oz, they only wanted to upgrade the size for an additional full charge of 16 oz cup. But I did not understand that suggestion. I ended up with just one 16 oz and was charged twice. So, I did not understand the situation and the owner told me that I should wait for the adjustment of payment. Even though they were busy, is it normal to be expected changing the cup size before making the drink? I stood inline and finally met the casher. However, the casher acted as if I were making unreasonable demands (I paid two cups and waited.). I was embarrassed. The casher and workers were very rude and laughed at customers. They were unprofessional. Finally, the owner apologized to me. However, it was a bad memo
