Excellent quality, charming concept. We have sourced Mike's services for a number of our events. He brings an old fashioned charm to our modern events with a delicious product that is always a hit with the crowd!
This popup appears at many of Ridgefields events in town and is run by Mike, a retired firefighter. The quality is exceptional in that its not in the slightest bit ice but instead very smooth. I am astonished to find sorbet this good. Recommended and most people will be happy here; passable for strict vegans and vegetarians.
