Ridgefield Bagels & Bakes

Obsessed is an understatement. I grew up on Liz Sue’s and thought nothing could beat that, but this place blows it out of the water! The bagels are delicious, fluffy and fresh, and the customer service is incredible. The prices are also great. It’s now our Friday tradition to come here. Pictured are an everything bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and ham, and an egg bagel toasted with cream cheese.

Came here on a recommendation from Bagelish and BYOB bagel consultant Beth George in Beacon - definitely worth the trip. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with salmon cream cheese and a coffee, and it was perfect. The texture was just the right kind of chewy, exactly what a great bagel should be. If I lived closer, I’d be here every morning for breakfast. The space inside is cozy, with tables and chairs that make it easy to hang out and meet with friends. I also heard the chef hosts a farm to table event on Monday nights, would love to come back and check one out sometime! Highly recommend this spot if you’re serious about your bagels.

Monday night dinner worth the wait!! Exceptional food. Gary is full of good stories and good vibes. It’s clear he loves what he does and he wants to pass that joy onto other people. Also the bagels shop is great. The pastries are better than the bagels and the bagels are very good. There are random specials like homemade twinkies every once in a while. I get then every time I see them

First time ordering from here, ordered the Gobbler for an early lunch. God crafted this sandwich in heaven. Bagel is crispy and turkey is fresh and flavorful. Wonderful!

The best bagels in town! The Monday night dinner was also outstanding. Each course was delicious, and Gary was a great host and chef. His passion for cooking made for a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend Ridgefield Bagels & Bakes to anyone.
