Beauclaires Bed & Breakfast Inn

The bed-and-breakfast has a great location so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was a beautifully restored old Victorian with all the charm that you would expect. Joanne was very lovely to work with. The vibe was very low-key which made for a very comfortable stay. It was very chilly and a little snowy when we were there, but that made it even more the cozier. |The rooms were spacious and comfortable |Definitely looking to go back during another season

We stayed at Beauclaire’s B&B while in town for our daughter’s Coast Guard graduation, and it was truly the perfect place to stay. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish—welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. Breakfast each morning was delicious and felt intimate and special, not rushed or generic. The room and common areas were spotless, comfortable, and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Gem that holds a Treasure - Beauclaires My wife and I had an incredible stay at Beauclaires, in Cape May, NJ on 01/28/2026. The B&B is charming, the location is perfect, and the owner is beyond compare. It was right in the midst of the snow & ice storm which kept most people home and many businesses closed, but the owner (Joe) drove three hours, to open up and accommodate our stay ! He treated us like family, from the moment his smiling face greeted us at the front door, till we shook hands & hugged the next day, after a delicious home cooked meal and an hour of great conversation. He offered to carry our luggage (coming & going), made sure we had everything we needed, shared local history, made recommendations, tailored breakfast time to our schedule, and was just an incredibly warm,

We have been vacationing in Cape May for decades and always stayed at hotels, several different ones over the years, but in December 2025, we spent two nights at Beauclaires, our first B&B. First it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, but we enjoyed everything about our stay. Our room was cozy, warm and had everything we needed. Joe's morning breakfasts were delicious and filling, along with his kind hospitality throughout our stay. We will definitely plan more stays at Beauclaires now.

A winter getaway. This B&B was perfect. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious and the conversation with Joe and Joanna (owners) was welcoming and comfortable.
