Yummy Thai Food Truck - Salida

The real deal! Super good Thai is just what Salida needed. Quick friendly service. So good we went back the next day. Tried several noodle and curry dishes - all outstanding!

From the beginning, our experience ordering from an eating food made by David and his team was authentic and real. He connected with me son and me In a fun and enjoyable way. He was proud about his menu and we enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend yummy Thai to anybody visiting the Salida area. The food is restaurant quality and would hold its own in any big city.

My wife said this was the best red curry she’s ever had. I had the yellow and it was great! Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area!

Had lunch today and got the Garlic Noodles and Yellow curry. Both incredible dishes, hubby and I thought it might be the best Thai food we’ve had in a long time. Super quick and kind service, we will for sure be back!

This Thai food is amazing! The curry is so flavorful and huge. The veggie curry has so much veg! Pad Thai is some of the best I have ever had. We love everything we have tried here. Absolutely recommend!
