Coffee by Topo

My absolute favorite coffee place in town. Their coffee is amazing first of all, but every time I come their pastries never fail. The chocolate croissant is my go to and it’s the perfect breakfast item. Despite their amazing food and drinks, the atmosphere portrays salida in the best way, the seating id nice, and I love the rustic feel. The baristas there are the kindest most amazing people, they’re always so thoughtful, kind, funny, and get drunk is out impressively quick. It’s a queer women owned coffee shop, and I love supporting not only small businesses, but a minority as well. Thank you guys for being such an amazing gem.

Got a Cappuccino and snagged a bite of my friends bread knot. Overall the ambiance was of a typical coffee shop. Sadly there was no burritos left by 10am 😢 but service was fast 3 minutes, debunking the slow service comments. Cool art on the wall, too!

I think this is the best cappuccino I have tried in colorado. I am a bit of a cappuccino connoisseur. I am always trying cafe's throughout my travels to find the best cappuccinos. And out of over 50 places I've tried in colorado, this place really stands out. The green chilli bacon burrito was alright. They are premade. Seems to have quality ingredients. But the flavor profile could use some work. Obviously not the main attraction of this place. Still highly satisfied.

Have come through Salida multiple times and this is our first time stopping at Topo. Needless to say, I’m bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. Simply a lovely spot. Coffee is great. Cortado was wonderful. Breakfast burrito was super good. And - I ordered a bagel with cream cheeses and I was so pleased they put a (generous) amount of cream cheese on for you. I’m so used to coffee houses handing you a small cup of super cold cream cheeses to put on yourself with a plastic knife and having them do it this was was such an unexpected surprise. Awesome vibes inside and great place to enjoy your food. Can’t wait to make this a regular spot. Thank you!

Best latte & seasonal speciality drinks in Salida! Incredible oat milk matcha lattes too. Fantastic breakfast burritos and top chill notch vibes. Queer friendly, inclusive space. Longtime local. 10/10 recommend Topo!
