The food was pricey but not fresh. I guess the only good thing was the mochi. I don't really like both rice bowl 😞

Terrible terrible staff. The worst service I’ve received in a long time. A friend and I walked by and asked if we could be seated. They told us we’d need to order in the next 10 minutes because they would be closing in 40 minutes. We happily agreed, but then, the staff would not stop pestering us for the entire night. We were asked to pay 15 minutes into our meal. Again, this would be fine. I completely understand wanting to close on time. But the staff kept continually coming over to tell us they were closing soon, even though they had just served us our food. We did everything we could to eat quickly, and we even asked for boxes in advance so we could leave on time. The staff must have come over at least 10 times in the course of 40 mins, and we didn’t even leave late! We left on time (

Last visit was really disappointing. The waygu beef was so chewy that I had to swallow it because I couldn't break it down. Overcooked to the point I could only taste the sauce and no meat. The chicken catsu was well tenderized and was crunchy in all the right places but I cant overlook the fact that the waygu was beyond overcooked. I keep coming back because I'm chasing the delicious food they served me years ago when they had tablets. Now I'm worried if as the quality of the food items will go back to their former glory.

Really liked it there. It might be a bit on the expensive side, but everything was tasty. I loved the side pickles

I ordered Ton Katsu. It’s $26. I was hoping to get a thick cut Ton Katsu, like the tasty one in Japan or Hawaii, but no. It took a while to get my food and the Ton Katsu wasn’t even hot. It felt like it’s been sitting there for a while. The food didn’t taste good either. The tableware they used was plastic. This place is definitely way overpriced. We’ll never come back!
