Wendy's

I have always had good luck with this Wendy's and today was no different. But I have to give them a high five on service and food quality this time. I've been to many Wendy's over the years and this one never disappoints!

i got the pretzel baconator and a frosty and fiery nugget and everything was fast and the food is delicious.. highly recommended… today another Pretzel bun baconator.. with a small frosty … delicious! ok update using the app to order is great because you can apply special offers and and get reward points for free foods. Today i got the chili which is always good, plus a saves double cheeseburger and a chocolate frosty! cheers! The breakfast sandwiches are very good! another great order mouth watering burgers.. today i got some spicy nuggets too they were great!

I’m not usually one to get on here and bash businesses, but I had to share this experience. First, the woman taking my order (since the speaker was down) was extremely rude—so much so that even my daughter commented on it. I ordered burgers with only ketchup, yet they came with everything on them. When I pulled up to get my food, I asked for ketchup packets. With two meals, I was given one packet. I asked for more, and when she came back, she said, “Next time I’ll have to charge you for these six ketchup packets.” Seriously? Over ketchup? Between the rude attitude, incorrect order, and being warned about ketchup packets, this was a very disappointing experience and wont be comming back.

Burgers pre-made and cold! No taste at all, I feel like I just got frozen burger, bad thing that they can do that cause you driving and most likely will not leave bad review, but I made stop and want to tell you my worse experience! Don’t stop here. Saturday evening busy time, they have pre made cold burgers !

Ordered a Carmel cold brew today 1-12-26 and it genuinely taste like it was made with stale pond water by far the worst cold brew I’ve ever tasted you all need a health & safety inspection
