Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Springs – Grand Rapids N

We stayed here for two nights over the New Year. Hotel appears quite new. The lobby is nice and spacious with lots of tables for eating breakfast or delivered food. There is a pool but we did not use. No hot tub. Our king room was spacious with one comfortable lounge chair. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Our only issue was the hot water took a really, really long time to get hot. Our family next door did not have that issue in their room. It finally got hot but it had to run about 5-7 min to get there. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs. Bacon one day sausage the next. Warm cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, toast and a pancake machine. Nice coffee machines in the lobby for use anytime. Tea and cocoa also availabl

LOVED this hotel!! The staff was professional and friendly, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was spectacular (REAL bacon, FRESH ground and brewed coffee...) the pool was awesome and so was the view! Will definitely come back and tell others when I can!

Immediately, upon entering, we were greeted by the very friendly front desk attendant. He got us checked in quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean, the air unit was quiet and worked well. The bathroom was one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced! The bed was a bit firm for my liking but I really liked that they give you both firm and soft pillows. There was plenty of room and the next day, there was a pretty good breakfast! Way more options than I normal see at a continental breakfast. Check out was fast and we were able to start our journey home on a good note!

On a drive up to Boyne MI, we ran into some weather conditions that didn’t allow us to continue our drive. In a panic, we called this hotel and they were WONDERFUL! Affordable rate, clean and safe room and such an awesome staff who really helped us out. Thank you so much!!

Chris was ever so accommodating when asking for early check for wedding attendance. The hotel is very clean and Chris' upbeat attitude was also evident in the other staff members we encountered. Easy to find location right off the freeway and good options for breakfast.
