BIGGBY COFFEE

To be clear, normally I have zero issues with bigby in general at any location! However, this morning my experience was a little unlike any other typical stop. I order my usual drink, the same drink I’ve ordered every day for 2 years! When brought to the window, I immediately knew it didn’t look right and wasn’t going to taste good! I attempt to try bc hey maybe I’m wrong. But I was not. I explained to the young lady who took my order that the coffee tasted watered down and just off! I don’t know exactly what it is but it tastes awful. She gets on the mic to the girls in the back. Another girl comes to the window has a clear attitude questioning the way I order and explaining how she made it. I again, explain well something is just not right, I keep my composure bc not everyone has a good

Not sure how management haven’t been able to correct the issues in this store. This is THE slowest Biggby. Not because they are short staffed. Not because they are super busy. But employees just stand around. They are very rude and disrespectful. Drinks were ordered and paid for and they stood around eating. Waited 15 minutes then went inside. No other customers. Drinks weren’t even started and they were circled up eating. Ordered 3 bagels. None were toasted. They were cold. There are issues anytime I go there. At this point they should be shut down. Will not be going back. I’m thankful for the new location on Northland Drive. I’ve had great service there. A business runs poorly because of poor management. some of the sweetest staff I have ever encountered 🥺 I ordered a matcha in the drive thru, but took a sip and realized it was basically flavorless because they forgot the vanilla 😭 so I went into the store just to get some sugar to hopefully add some taste and was immediately asked if I wanted a whole new drink instead while also keeping the other one! incredibly kind, and not at all expected 🥹 I would highly recommend this location for their friendly staff alone 💗

We are from out of state and were looking for a shop that sells iced energy drinks, and this place was close to our hotel, so we drove over, walked in (even though they have a drive-thru), were greeted by a staff member, and were told it was going to be a couple minutes. A minute goes by and she says to her co-workers that it’s going to be a long day and they were never going to get on top of all the drink orders. I’m pretty sure she was saying this loudly for our benefit. Another minute goes by and she tells us, it’s going to be a while until we can get to you. She obviously didn’t care for our business. I just don’t understand why you would turn away walk-in customers…. Won’t be back.

Not normally a coffee drinker,but needed caffeine badly. You and your staff made it painless. Made me my new fave and look forward to the new stop on my morning routine
