I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch through the drive thru, I was very unhappy and disappointed once I got home and realized they added 3 random hot peppers to my sub.

Ordered two veggies with customizations (pickles and peppers)even confirmed them after payment and then get two plain veggie sandwiches no customizations. Didn’t figure it out till we got in the car and drove off but pretty bummed.

So I walk in and go to the restroom to wash my hands. There are seven people behind g the counter working. There were two cars in drive through, one which came after I walked in. I come out of restroom to order, they look at each other and at me. There was absolutely a 45 sec uncomfortable pause as they do what they are doing with silence. By the way, I made eye contact with three people on the way in to the bathroom. So I finally say, good morning, good afternoon, good evening to everyone one of you guys. I hope your day is going well. Finally an older man by the bread rack tells someone on the line, making a sandwich, to go help me. I say, I see you were busy but you should always greet customers when they come through the door, I Ben if you have to say, we are swamped but will be with

We live less than 2.5 miles North of Jimmy John's & they only deliver to 18 mile north of the store but all over east and west of Cedar Springs that's absolutely ridiculous 🙄 the campground is right next door & .5 miles from here is White Creek County Estates why on earth 🌎 would you 🤔 😳 not deliver a little bit farther North of your store?? Just asking seems like a lost $$ opportunity. So we ordered from somewhere else.

This Jimmy John's has a great crew and the sandwich is always done right.
