Waffle House

I went to this Waffle House at Around 1pm today and they weren’t that busy. I stood waiting about 10 minutes before anyone actually took my order. Once my order was taken I then paid and waited on my food. Once I received my food I realized the order was wrong. One of the orders was the steak melt and to add scrambled eggs with cheese and onions. Instead I received a deconstructed sandwich. I then went inside to get the order fixed. They fixed the order and I left out. I then get home and inside of my boyfriend’s plate cooked in with his steak and eggs was a ketchup packet. Then I opened my plate and mixed into my plate was grape jelly packet ( picture shown for this one). We absolutely love Waffle House but after today’s order we will not be going back. Stopped in for dinner tonight around 9 We ordered a double steak hash brown bowl It’s definitely not double. I didn’t get the extra gravy or bacon I ordered and the eggs are not cheesy like I selected. Pitiful service from the new one and I will gladly go to the older building

I don't like Waffle House , but it is the only restaurant that is open every day and every holiday. The people who work here deserve to be recognized. They sacrifice time with family to attend customer. We went to the new one close to Home Depot. Our server was amazing, very polite & respectful. A+ to this employee.

When I say go to the one on 441… I mean it. Cannot make simple scrambled light eggs…had to send order back multiple times. Was sat and given nothing to eat with and sat with an empty glass waiting on a refill. Food got cold while waiting on utensils.

Stopped in at 8:30 (mobile order pickup was for 8:38 to be exact) and my husband’s cheese steak double hashbrown bowl didn’t have the double hashbrowns, gravy, or bacon I paid EXTRA for and my eggs which I paid EXTRA to get scrambled with cheese didn’t have cheese. I’m 3 months pregnant and can’t stomach eggs on their own. I should’ve just cancelled the order when I realized it was for the E Ridgeway location and not the one off of 441. It sounds petty but I physically cannot eat any of my food without wanting to cry or puke. Over $50 for a messed up order.
