Italy's Pizza & Pasta Company

I first discovered this place on a cold winter night when I was looking for a hot meal. The facade did not look like much, but the name was appealing. I decided to take a chance. I am so glad that I did. Having traveled to Italy, and having experience firsthand the authentic bolognese sauce, I am always looking for it here in the states. I have only found something on par at two locations. This is one of them. This is an authentic meat sauce that has been slow. Cooked with all the right ingredients. You can see the tiny little pieces of onion, carrots, and celery that have been cooked down. They serve it in huge portions and you can get it on top of most any pasta style. First time experience: The place was pretty busy, very clean, and the service was decent. I was a little confused as to how to order after someone told us to sit and we waited for a while with no service. I went up to the counter and asked how to order, apparently you do that yourself and get your own drinks and someone brings the food to you. We got a caprese, kids spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna and manicotti. The caprese did not come with fresh basil or balsamic glaze, which I found very odd. It was ok, but not the best. The kids meatballs had no flavor, but the spaghetti and sauce were good. The manicotti and lasagna were a big step up from frozen entrees, but there was a lot of water on the plates, way too much sauce, and didn't seem much better than someone making them at home. This

My wife and I stumbled upon this Italian restaurant in Commerce Saturday evening. We had several of the menu items. Lasagna, manicotti, garlic rolls and pizza. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful. We recommend giving them a try.

This is by far the best Italian food I have ever had. I have eaten Italian dishes all over this country. Boston, Chicago, and many other locations. To think this hidden gem in Commerce Ga. would be so good. We each got different dishes. If I go to any Italian restaurant, I always order the lasagna as that is my standard to judge the restaurant on. I was brought a huge portion, and the smell was over the top. I dug in and fell IN LOVE. It was by far the best lasagna I have ever eaten. I shared a couple of forks full with my wife as she got the ravioli, and it was just as amazing. I got the feeling it was going to be good as we went at lunch and the place was packed even so we got seated quickly and the staff was so very friendly. 10/02/2024 Dinner. Delicious marinara! Pizza was enjoyable but dry. I had to ask for some extra sauce which they gave me free of charge. A demerit for dirty walls and air conditioning vents, but overall, good food worth trying. My wife enjoyed her baked ravioli and only saved me one ravioli bc she was full. Our meal was better than expected. My first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than expected. Avg: An everyday, good meal. Fair: Below par. Dirty & or flies.
