Waffle House

I went in for breakfast this morning with my husband and had a great experience. Ms. Debra was our waitress and she was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There were 3 people cooking and made sure the food was ready in a timely manner. Houston checked me out and was so nice. Thanks to Clanton Waffle House for the great service!

Food 10 out of 10 the greater the waiters and are servers very nice Southern hospitality at it's best

They were busy, had a short wait. But we were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated as soon as they could, waitress, Heather , was awesome. Food was hot and just as ordered. We love about an hour and a half from Clanton but would drive back to eat here.

Love the option to double the hashbrowns for like $1.15 & also options of adding grilled jalapenos, mushrooms, onions & gravy to them if you like. I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg & cheese with double hash, mushrooms, jalapenos & gravy - ordered to go and it was still hot when I got back to my hotel room! Service was great too. Good crew & waffle house reviving my faiths in these hard times🫶

I have no problem with the food. The only problem I had was with the customer service they had 3 people(Josh, Sam, and Rita). They had Josh run both sides of the restaurant. While Sam was cooking and going to the back and staying back there for a few minutes, also Rita would just walk around touch a few things and act like she was doing stuff and she would not help Josh to get the register. Both Rita and Sam kept whispering to each other about Josh and they took him to the back and when he came back his eyes were red and he looked more upset than he already was. Josh explained to me an my friends that he was tired. Sam also cooked for herself even though Josh was calling out orders.
