I had heard good things about the sandwiches here and wanted to get something to go. The vegi-wrap exceeded my expectations due the marinated beans and avocado. It was quite good and a pleasant surprise. The other surprise was what I discovered when I made a walk through the market. There was a great variety of local products and some hard to find grains. I will be back here for sure.

Great market that offers an already vegan sandwich! It's hearty and filling, and I love that it's made with chickpeas, so it has some good protein. The staff was so friendly and made my sandwich quick. Next time I would probably get the half sandwich, because oh wow, is it a big boy! The side of roasted beets was delicious. They have a small area inside to sit as well.

Hands down the absolute best sandwiches on the Long Beach Peninsula.  Went back here multiple times on our trip because it was so good.  The panini's were perfectly crispy and the flavor profiles were excellent.  The cold sandwiches were also delicious and packed with meat.  Love that there were vegetarian options as well.  Don't sleep on the daily specials, everyone we tried was unique and incredible.  We also tried a banana chocolate muffin that was superb. I found for the quality and quantity of sandwich fillings the prices were very reasonable.  Also the store sells specialty type products that I don't think you can find anywhere else in Long Beach (things like harissa and preserved lemons).  So if you are a foodie who likes to cook exotic cuisine definitely check them out to find more

Food was amazing, staff was friendly & the shop itself is great. As a person on the quest for a perfect sandwich shop, this is it. I knew it would be good when I walked in at 12pm on a Monday and their daily special was already almost sold out. It’s so good it has people eating sandwiches before lunch.
