Fritterally Awesome

Absolutely incredible food! The corn and bell pepper fritters are packed full of flavor and perfectly crisp, topped with garlic mayo, cotija cheese, and elote seasoning — every bite is amazing. You truly won’t be sorry if you order these! And the hashbrowns? Fresh, homemade, shredded — hands down the best hashbrowns I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. They even smoke their own pork, and you can absolutely taste the difference. It’s tender, smoky, and so delicious. The sausage gravy is amazing! They season everything so well, but the gravy is something special. Also, ask about hush puppies. They do not always have them on the menu, but sometimes he'll have some batter made. Dipped in the hot honey sauce, they were perfection. ❤️ Edit: Don't be afraid to take the fritters home! Just toss them under a high broil for a few minutes on each side and they are good a new! Will does not drown them in grease so they reheat beautifully. Edit #2: Tried the soups. Sweet baby Yoda, the broccoli cheese was excellent and the chipotle chicken chowder is spicy deliciousness!

Biscuits and gravy as well as apple fritters are super flavor-bomb delish! I would recommend all day any day!

Bacon fritter with gravy, so freaking good!! The fritters are fresh made and the way they're dropped in the fryer kinda gives them a handle for dipping in the gravy. The gravy is the best I've had in a restaurant. I can't say that it's better than my grandma's because, well you know, my grandma. But, dang! It's a definitely tied with grandma's. They also serve a full breakfast. I'll get the biscuits and gravy with eggs next time, when I'm hungrier. And, they're reasonably priced, which is unusual for a tourist town. This little place is my new favorite.

Was recommended to stop by so glad we did. Fritters are amazing and I had avocado toast which is the best I've had my husband had the full meal smoked pork breakfast. Everything was made to perfection this is a must stop for everyone large selection of fritters made to order. Also it was a beautiful day to sit outside and eat. Thanks Will
