They forgot part of my order, so while waiting food got ice cold meat was hard/brittle and dry, way over done hardly any noodles or lettuce No pickled carrots hardly any onions... The quality of this food has really gone down Spent way too much for old cold flavorless food! I Won't Return!

This was my favorite pho place during college some years ago. It was my first time back after living abroad for 5 years. It felt like coming back to an uncle or an auntie's kitchen. 🥺 So far out of the many many recommendations I made for people to come here, only one person described it as "so so." Everyone else took one sip and smiled in bliss, myself included. It was nice to see they seem to be doing well. It's a little cute interior now and they had the utensil boxes installed to the table. Very convenient. These could all very well be old improvements but Im just happy for the glow up and the consistently good food!! They still have the frozen boba drinks that don't seem to be common among the drink places I go to. A little sad the frozen mocha seems a little different but their tapio

I love this place!!! They always handle my order with care. Great flavor! Good eats!!! Never have to wait long, but I'd I do wait, it's worth it. Very cleanly! Great vegetarian options that are actually flavorful!!!!!
