Mama Sidas Flavors of Thai Cuisine

We have eaten here several times. The restaurant is always quiet and clean. Service is always great. The owner has welcomed us herself. I generally get the Tilapia Basil, but have also had the Flounder Basil and Penang Curry Chicken. I like that you can mix any of the proteins with the various dishes. I would recommend that you eat here. We have eaten here again, and, as always the food, is great. Unfortunately, there are rarely more than a couple of patrons here. If you have not tried Mama Sidas then you are denying yourself a great meal.

Stopped by while passing through Morrow and tried the chicken coconut soup (why isn’t it called tom kha? 😄). It was so good I came back the next day for two more portions — 10/10! Medium is mild enough even for non-spicy eaters, but I’ll try hot next time. Tea Rose and chicken satay were also delicious. Only downside: the to-go containers are flimsy and the spoon is tiny, making it tricky to eat in the car. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in town.

I’m vegan and I love their vegetable pho and veggie rolls. Sometimes I alternate between glass noodles or rice noodles. Either noodle compliments the pho. The staff is also very friendly! The drunken noodles can be made vegan as well and it’s delicious.

I saw this restaurant on an Instagram review and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. The service and the food was top Tier. Felt like I was eating at a friends house. The food was so fresh!!

We love Thai food and wanted to check this place out. Ordered Tom Yum soup, papaya salad, Penang curry and Mango sticky rice. First taste of all of them was delicious and heart warming. Healthy portions. The ambience gives cozy home cooking and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They also had a sizable vegetarian menus. If you’re lookin for your local Thai soul food spot - THIS.
