Kremo Ice Cream

While out running errands, I found myself craving something sweet and decided to try rolled ice cream from Gong Cha, situated in a bustling small shopping area alongside a heavily trafficked street. I anticipated a bit of a hassle exiting due to the traffic, and my prediction was spot on. The service experience started on a lukewarm note; the cashier who took my order was not particularly friendly, lacking the warmth you'd hope for in a place selling sweet treats. However, watching another worker skillfully mix, flatten, and roll the ice cream added a unique touch to the experience, making up somewhat for the initial service hiccup. Neat how they roll this ice cream! The cup is packed, and the prices are affordable as well for the amount you get! A sweet place to go with your kids or friends! ☺️

Good customer service, cute little shop with wifi. Ice cream is rolled right infront of you. Taste so good, so many flavors and toppings. Another small café inside offering fresh teas and bubble waffles. Enjoyed trying. Small parking lot. Recommend

This review is for the Kremo part of this place. Gong Cha and Kremo are listed as separate on Google Maps, so I'll review each one separately. This is the only place in the south side that I know of, apart from Sweet Rolled Tacos in Stockbridge, that offers rolled ice cream. And I personally think Kremo is better than Sweet Rolled Tacos. Their selection is far superior and their ice cream is of noticeably higher quality. Paired with a drink with a drink from Gong Cha, the whole experience is exquisite.

My family enjoyed this place. The ice cream was really sweet and exceptionally cold.
