Horrible experience: I paid $5 for a Vietnamese coffee and the attached pictures are what I got. It tasted like chocolate syrup with a hint of coffee.

A nice local Vietnamese casual cafe. The owners are very welcoming and nice. Because of the proximity of the cafe to my area, I became a regular there and their cheap banh mi never fails to fulfill my cravings! The coffee is the best as it is strong and sweet; it gives me a kick for the whole day. I’ve been recommending this place to relatives and friends ever since I first stumbled across this place. Very much recommended!

Nice hidden gem. Happened to drive past and gave it a try. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sandwich was fresh. The coffee was just right. Prices are amazing. Will definitely go back.

I got the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk! It was pretty good, not as sweet as I usually like but thats just my preference. The banh mi xu mai was so good that I will be back over and over again for it!

The food was delicious, service was great, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend the avocado smoothie and sugar cane juice. We will definitely be back!
