Driving to see our son and his family in Lynchburg, we stopped for lunch. We have been to Vitos in Amherst almost 10 years ago for our son's rehearsal dinner and they were great. My daughter in law s family are locals and they love their pizza, so I have had it a few times. I had the 4 oz cheeseburger which was almost too much for me. I asked for bacon and it was very good. My husband had an Italian sub with sweet potato waffle fries which were good.. The dining area is not large but there were lots of cars when we arrived just after noon and there were still tables available and booths Make sure you check out the desserts to save space for when you walk in! My husband had the bananas foster cake. It was good..I had a couple of bites. There really isn't anywhere to eat besides McDonald'

Very friendly staff with good tasting food. Our waiter was nice, got our orders out fast, and kept the refills coming. The blackened chicken sandwich with fries is a good tasty choice.

The vegetables are raw, which meant that I cannot eat them and if you look at any recipe in the world, since I’m sure you’re not Italian vegetable should be cooked before they are placed in the calzone. It saddens me that travel somewhere else to eat when I am not 20 minutes from your restaurant and I like other people would give you a zero if I could it’s just disappointing. Find a ne

Service is excellent. Pizza on point. Chicken parm to die for. Having spent a significant time in the northeast I can say this is the closest you're going to get to NYC style pizza and a damn fine showing in its own right. Fried calamari was excellent too.
