Venus Greek & Mediterranean

I come here pretty often, today whoever is working needs to be talked to. I politely greeted her when walking in and went to say I had an online order with my name (as I always do), she cuts me off harshly and asks me several questions … which I just answered when I said “online order for___.” I get it, maybe she was focused? Except she proceeds to keep her rude tone and tells me I’m way too early even though my online tracking said something else. She just stares at me and shows me her screen, shrugging. I just said whatever because I’m not going to argue with someone preparing my food. Idk why it took an hour for one item and no one was there, so it wasn’t busy. A person walked in and was told 20 minutes for their order? If she’s too lazy to work, let her find another job. Very unhappy

I'm still on the fence, hence, the three rating - even after having ordered from Venus G&M several times before at this location. The food is outstanding. We enjoy the Chicken Souvlaki Pita Wrap and the Greek Fries. The Boom Boom Chicken Wrap is a winner. The quality of the food is lovely and extremely tasty. My issue comes to waiting time/service. My last order I placed online for an hour later, so that (in theory) I get out of work, collect the food and go home. I get the text message and says it will be twenty minutes later than my schedule requested time. Okay then. Ultimately, I get my food ($35 worth) then drive home to discover the baklava is missing. Driving almost twenty more minutes, after work, to get $5 worth of baklava is not worth it. Most of my previous orders I

I’m Greek, so I’m picky when it comes to Greek food — and while Venus isn’t a traditional Greek restaurant, I have to say their gyro really surprised me. It was actually very good, and I’d definitely recommend it. If it were up to me, I’d love to have it served with fries and some ketchup and mustard the classic way

Only one person working the entire restaurant, food took way way too long. Tables are dirty (probably not enough staff to keep clean).. was told food would take 20-25 min after transaction on credit card. Probably should give that information prior so customers can decend to wait or leave. Also, was told no cups available for tap water so forced to buy bottle water. Not cool. Plus charging extra for hot sauce not great... The was very very good! Just fix those few things and good to go!!

Place is clean girl behind the counter was friendly. Ordered chicken soulvaki it was done in 10 minutes and delicious.
