The worst we’ve ever used. Can’t get ahold of anyone, even after leaving multiple messages. They’ve messed up the taxes so badly that I had to show them their mistake, which I was then argued with about it. Then after I stood my ground they finally admitted it was done wrong. But that was only the beginning. We are almost six months this to this and they are still not ready to file somehow. Definitely do not use these people. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Ever since they were sold to Venning, the employee turnover has been astounding. I went from working with Chris Lane, to Abby, to Tammy, and then to Walter. Each of whom quit one after another. Every time someone left, my bookkeeping was simply abandoned until I reached out to ask what was going on. For the past two years, my tax returns were not filed on time I’M TALKING JULY, and I was charged $300 per month without receiving even the most basic deliverables, such as profit and loss statements or regular financial updates. As a client, I was repeatedly put on the back burner while paying for services that were not provided or rendered. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Venning Advisors was a complete nightmare. The customer service is terrible; I was met with rudeness every time I tried to get an update or ask a question. Beyond the attitude, the lack of professional knowledge is alarming. I actually had to explain to their accountants what a cost segregation was—something any competent firm should know. On the administrative side, they were just as bad. They mishandled the payment of my tax returns and filed my extensions late, causing unnecessary stress and potential liability. I highly recommend using anyone but them. Save yourself the headache.

Horrendous after merging to Venning. No answers to phone calls, emails, office is locked, portal is broken. Cannot access documents.

Lane Rifkin, PLLC do an amazing job! I had a couple of complex tax returns over a couple years, and they handled each complex situation with grace and professionalism. They were very clear on the documents that were needed as well as communicating why each item was necessary. Thank you!
