Destination India Restaurant & Bar Derry, NH

Hello Destination, I really enjoyed the food — it was fresh and delicious. I visited around 8:30 PM, and it was totally worth the 1-hour ride! We ordered Dal, and I gave some instructions — the chef made it perfectly. I also ordered Paneer Tikka Tandoor; the paneer cubes were a good size with mild flavors and a nice aroma of Indian spices. Finally, I want to mention the rotis — the chef made them perfectly! Not too oily, soft, and well-cooked even though it was a late order. I’m truly impressed Sorry im posted empty plates because we enjoyed food ❤️

My husband and I love Indian food so we are always trying new Indian restaurants! I can say with confidence that this is the best tandoori chicken I have ever eaten ! A lot of times, it is a little dry and lacking enough spices but not this one ! My husband got the butter chicken and it was likewise scrumptious, very flavorful and not like the watered down American version of it!

Indian is my favorite cuisine and having been to over a hundred restaurants all the us and Europe, I can say this is place tops them all. I get take out very often and it is consistently amazing. I have yet to try I dish that I don't pause to savor the intensity and complexity of flavor. My wife tells me she is spoiled now and is disappointed if we get take out from any other indian restaurant in the area. I live west of Manchester and routinely drive to Derry for this wonderful food. The vegetarian dishes are particularly good and I rarely miss meat when eating them. I could go on but think you should just try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We dined here earlier this week, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt refined and thoughtfully curated. And I have to say the cuisine was outstanding. Ankush provided impeccable service throughout the evening. His attention to detail elevated the entire experience and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We were very pleased and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice dinner out.

Waitress couldn’t have been any more unfriendly, & never came around to fill a drink and nobody was in there besides 2 tables and 2 at the bar. Food was good, we got the wrong dish too but after a 1 hour wait and no sign of food we ate what we got. Would have loved that korma. Again food was good but service blew and the wait time was wicked long especially since nobody was there. We had to go to the bar just to ask for a drink as the waitress relentlessly walked 10’ away and 10mph past us lol.
