Tunitas Creek Beach

In my opinion one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. There is a trail down to the beach. However the trek down is tricky to navigate and even potentially dangerous. It becomes quite steep near the bottom. So, careful. Know your limits and wear decent shoes while descending. There are easier places to access the beaches along the highway. This spot however is special. We packed food, beverages, chairs and a blanket....and we had an absolutely exceptional afternoon. At times we were the only ones on the beach. Another hidden gem on Hw1. The beach is exceptionally less crowded , quiet and somewhat secluded. You can park on the side but have to hike down to the beach. The downward path is steep and difficult for those who don't like to hike. There are no bathrooms just nature at its finest

One of the most resplendent beaches in California. Lacking in parking and accessibility, you'll likely be one of the only visitors on most days if you're willing to take the trek down the cliffside, or hike up the creek.

This has a very beautiful viewpoint. Could be best, if you visit on a sunny day to enjoy this perfect view. If you are an explorer or a photographer then come with all trekking stuff or atleast a good shoe with perfect grip.

Great for hiking and beach combing...steep path down but very untouched once you get to the beach.
