Gulino Gelato

Really fantastic gelato. There was a well-deserved line around the building and the guys working handled the rush wonderfully. Gelato worth the drive from SF, and the owner is lovely. I had espresso and chocolate. My husband had pistachio and ginger cookie (speculoos). The pistachio was in the top 3 of pistachio flavored things I have ever tasted. Bravo on the flavors. Tout était délicieux! 👨‍🍳 💋 🍨

Just went there for the first time and I can guarantee you I will be back. You can tell the gelato is made with care as the taste and consistency is very good. The pistachio and hazelnut flavor I ordered may have been the best gelato i’ve ever had. On top of this, the man who runs the shop, Jean Paul is very nice and welcoming. 100% recommend this place if you come down to Half Moon Bay.

Delicious gelato made from scratch. The owner is delightful and you can tell that he really loves what he makes. Hot tip – if you’re pregnant and come when the owner is in, you might just get a free surprise. Five stars!

I stopped by Gulino Gelato 🍨 and was completely impressed! I got the pistachio gelato, and my friend tried the strawberry basil — both were absolutely delicious, creamy, and full of authentic flavor.👌🏻 We also had the affogato and Italian hot chocolate, and they were just as amazing — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. What really makes this place stand out is the owner. He’s genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly passionate about what he does. He makes every batch of gelato himself, and you can truly taste the love and craftsmanship in every scoop. If you’re ever in Half Moon Bay, don’t miss this spot. Best Gelato Ever! Mango sorbet is super delicious. It literally disappears into the mouth. Lemon sorbet reminded of gelato from the Amalfi Coast. Italian hot chocolate was thick, chocolaty and not too sweet. The decor is simple, limited flavors. They have really nice corner location and outdoor setting.
