Tropical Sno Salem

This is 100 % shaved ice. It is as soft as the first snow of winter. Tropical Snow is one of the best snow cone places we’ve ever been to. Variety of flavor such as Caramel Apple Pie or Strawberry Shortcake. Some of them come with ice cream on the bottom. They also have a drive-thru in the back of the store for your convenience. However if you wanna stay, they have picnic tables for adults and kids. Also, awning has been set up to provide shade and lights for the night. They close at 10:00. So you have enough time to hang out with friends or family.

I took my son here after school today. He got braces on recently and couldn't eat his lunch from the pain. He looked forward to a snow cone from here all day. As soon as we pulled away He accidentally spilled the ice all over our car. We went back prepared to buy another one. The 2 girls working today were soooo incredibly sweet and helpful. They offered wet rags and topped his cup off with new ice. This place has yummy treats. But sometimes customer service and kindness are an even bigger deal. Thank you sweet girls 💓

Best snow cone shack in Utah county, since 2023 though it has gone down slightly. I recently got a snow cone and once I was like half way down, ZERO FLAVOR. I was left with straight ice, usually they’re very generous with flavor but this is the second time in 2024 this has happened. That’s the only thing keeping it 5/5.

This place is wonderful and delicious besides fire the fact it is always swarming with hornets to the point it is Unenjoyable

Love that you can get ice cream on the bottom of your sno cone. They also have a secret menu. Delicious
