I had an excellent experience at Burger King! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, organized, and welcoming. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and running smoothly. A special shoutout to Sarah — truly the most warm, charming, and hardworking person there! Her positive attitude and genuine customer service made the visit even better. It’s rare to see someone work with that much dedication while still making every customer feel valued. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and fast. And of course, the burgers were absolutely delicious — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything tasted just right! If you’re in Salem and craving a great burger with outstanding service, this is the place to go. Five stars and above! 🙌🍔

I come to this location as often as I can because their chicken fries are always freshly made, tender, and delicious. Today however, the chicken fries was like eating a day old fries. It was semi-hard. A crunch to it. I took a bit of one, that's all I could eat. I call the store and told the lady that answered how much I enjoy their chicken fries because it's always freshly made. But today the chicken fries were slightly hard. She said I'm sorry. I said I'm back at work so I can't go back down there. She again said I'm sorry and hung up.

This is the world's slowest BK. We ordered it took 25 min to get our meal. And no there was 1 person before us. Who only got a Whopper meal. We ordered 2 whoppers. When it came out it was cold and had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. 1 cook, 1 person handling orders and drive thru. No manager in site and all the tables are filthy.

This Burger King has always been a little slow but the people are nice and it is close to work. I ordered on the App like I always do and it told me my feed would be ready at 11:32 am. I knew that was unlikely but I did not expect to wait 30 minutes for my "fast" food. I did not have a large or complicated Order Whopper Jr., Nuggets, Fries, and a Drink. The food was great once I got it but I have never waited so long at a fast food place before.

I hardly ever go out to eat or go through the drive thru The times I have gone through the drive thru at the Salem Burger King I have been very pleased with the service and friendliness of the employees
