Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

⸻ We stopped by the Dairy Queen in Salem last night around 8 PM hoping to pick up an ice cream cake. There were two cakes in the freezer, but unfortunately neither one was the flavor my daughter wanted. We asked an employee if it would be possible to request a specific one, and she kindly went to get the manager, Gloria. Gloria was phenomenal. She came right over and said that normally they ask for 24 hours’ notice, but she asked what kind we wanted and was happy to help. We kept it simple and requested an Oreo cake with “Happy Birthday Brooke” written on it. She told us she could have it ready by 3:30 the next day, which worked perfectly for us. We left very excited. The next day, I actually stopped by around 2 PM just to see if by chance it might already be ready so I wouldn’t have to

Great spot for a quick bite or a sweet treat! The Blizzards are amazing—always mixed well with plenty of toppings throughout. The burgers are solid too—fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. Service is friendly and fast. Definitely a reliable stop when you’re craving a good burger or ice cream.

Only did drive through, so I can’t rate anything else, but that burger I had was so good. It was also the prettiest, dare I say sexiest burger I have ever seen. You know when you see an ad for an item, but when you order it it looks like that SpongeBob sound effect? This thing was textbook perfect. Scouts honor this was a 10/10.

Great food every time and the staff are very friendly but the drive thru wait times are so incredibly long it’s almost comical.

We stoped at the Dairy Queen in Salem after a doctor visit for our puppies. From ordering our food to getting our food and pup cups they so kindly offered was so quick. The employees are amazing and made our experience perfect!
