The Tap House

We were so excited when we heard that a new restaurant was opening in Beacon Falls as there’s limited dining options there. I have to say I’m extremely impressed with the renovations that have been done to the building, as the former business was pretty dingy, and this is now cozy and inviting. The food wasn’t bad, but we weren’t in love. I think it’s a good spot for hanging out in Beacon Falls, and it’s nice to have an option for American food in town.

I’ve been working in Beacon Falls for a while now with Manny Roofing, and The Tap House has become one of my favorite spots in the area. The food never disappoints — the burgers are always juicy and full of flavor, and the meatloaf is classic comfort food done right. The staff is friendly, the service is solid, and the place has a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for kicking back after work with a drink. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re nearby.

We absolutely love this place! We have been twice. The second time was this week with my sister (visiting from England). They were very busy but got us seated fairly quickly. The manager asked if we were from England. We then realized that once we were seated, they were playing British hits over the speakers. It was such an awesome touch for us! The food was incredible. The cheese dip with the pretzel sticks is amazing. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the short rib grilled cheese, and the fish (fish and chips) was as close to home as we've gotten over here. I had the portobello wrap, which was delicious. They make a very yummy kids pudding as well, which our daughter loved. We will be back in the near future. Great spot to stop for lunch. Food was out pretty quick and was great. Service was nice, sat at the bar so hard not to have food service. Parking lot out back and plenty of spots. Food was overall good. Sandwich was amazing
