Molly's Bakery

After seeing what Molly’s Bakery was going to have in their cases for Valentine’s Day, my husband and I knew it was time to go check them out, and we’re so happy that we did! This is now one of our new favorite bakeries that we’re fortunate to have just 10 minutes away from us. Seriously some of the best croissants I’ve ever had! The chocolate one was so decadent and the strawberry one had such a nice light whipped filling. Great cupcakes and cruffin too. Everyone was so friendly in the store, and we appreciated that someone in the back yelled to us that she had chocolate cupcakes too even though they weren’t yet in the display case! There was a nice seating area, and we appreciated the shelves of locally sourced products too. My husband had a good cup of local coffee as well. It’s awesome

What a lovely little local gem! Sourdough breads, Gluten Free treats, to die for chocolate croissants loaded with ganache, creative weekly specials, tasty egg sandwiches, rich delicious coffee and a nice display of gourmet treats/cooking ingredients. Molly also features gorgeous flower arrangements from a local flower farm. It’s just a cute little spot with something to appeal to most. Small area for eating there. Great place to pack a picnic basket!

I absolutely love that we now have a local bakery in town with charm and more importantly, delicious baked goods. I am always so excited to come here and the rotations she has always keeps everything so interesting. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee are great, too. Lots of sourdough varieties and also plenty of gluten free options!

My two other work colleagues and I stopped in while passing through town on a work trip. We were extremely impressed by the warmth, selection, and quality of everything in Molly's Bakery. We all ordered something breakfast-oriented. One of us ordered a breakfast sandwich, while I ordered Overnight Oats. I also ordered a focaccia and cornbread to go. My other colleagues ordered cupcakes and loaves of break to take with us. Everything was wonderful. We really appreciated the friendliness of the ladies working and were fortunate enough to meet Molly and talk about her journey from farmers markets to hard stand store. This place truly has it all and we will certainly be back. Highly recommended!

So excited for a bakery nearby. I grew up in New York where we always had a local bakery. Made the trip from Seymour for the first time yesterday. Croissant with pistachio and chocolate, Danish and a breakfast sandwich on focaccia, all delicious. Did not see alot of bread offerings wondering if they make semolina or baguette? We will be back!!!
