As someone who was diagnosed with celiac after 30 years of eating gluten, I honestly didn’t know what kind of birthday cake I would be able to enjoy. The thought brought me to tears. She immediately reassured me that she could make a cake for me and gave me so many wonderful options. Her understanding and kindness meant the world to me. Absolutely beautifully decorated gluten free chocolate cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday party! My daughter has celiac disease and it was incredible to find someone who not only can make celiac safe gluten free goods (100% GF kitchen), but also the best tasting, moist chocolate cake ever! ALSO, affordable. The entire cake disappeared at the party, no leftovers. 100% recommend! Thank you gluten free gringa ❤️
