This place is an absolute disaster. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and somehow these careless people handed me beef instead. Not only is that completely unacceptable, it shows they don’t respect the customer at all. For many people, including me, what we eat isn’t just preference — it’s belief, it’s principle — and they couldn’t care less. When I asked politely about the mistake, the staff’s attitude was nothing short of disgusting. Instead of apologizing or fixing their screw-up, they acted rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem. Excuse me? I’m the paying customer. You ruin my order, then you have the nerve to talk back? Worst experience ever. The way they treat coupons is unacceptable—like they are doing customers a favor by offering a free meal instead of honoring them properly. Customers deserve respect, not to be lectured or made to feel like they’re asking for charity. Very disappointed with the service and attitude. Would rate it zero if that was an option.
