The Springwater Bed and Breakfast

We finally made our way up here on a best friend’s recommendation and we are so happy we did. Cozy family run b&b with luxuries amenities like their massive soaking tubs and delicious breakfast. We stayed at the main house and enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and watching the snow fall. Our stay was very comfortable, we loved the bed, pillows and blankets and our sleep was uninterrupted and quiet. We took many baths in our tub which also had jets, and we enjoyed peaking our heads out onto the balcony for fresh air. We will most certainly be back again.

We were visiting Saratoga Springs for a couple of nights to celebrate a birthday and wanted to stay some place a little special. So, we chose this b & b. I was expecting to find an older house that has been converted. Not so! This place was built by the owners specifically to be a bed & breakfast. The rooms are beautiful with gas fireplaces and large bathrooms that even include towel warmers. Most - maybe all - rooms have balconies/porches for use in warmer weather. The breakfasts are fantastic. Each night guests receive a list of the offerings for the following morning that you drop in a basket. Fresh, warm muffins always start things off. Such a wonderful family run Bed and Breakfast! Comfortable beds, super clean, cozy fireplace, and amazing jetted bathtub (stayed in state seal room). Loved our stay and the delicious breakfast. If visiting around the holidays- We were fascinated (especially our daughter) by Lynn's extensive collection of little santas. Each one has a story. Will definitely be back.

We travel to Saratoga every year and this is our place of choice!! It is well appointed! Within walking distance to downtown. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed rooms! Exceptional breakfasts, served indoors or outside on the lovely covered porch with a fireplace!!! Family owned, friendly and attentive staff. Off street parking. A lovely stay in any season!!!

Wow! What a beautiful place! Quaint, very clean, really cool rooms! Breakfast was packed with flavors and diversification. Absolutely wonderful! Out view from our patio kind of stunk because there wrote so many branches in the way, but i can get over that. A wonderful place, friendly staff, excellent cook! Would highly recommend!
