Distinctive Catering of Albany and Saratoga

We used Distinctive Catering for our vow renewal at Gables & Gardens. Annette and her staff were incredible from start to finish. My wife and I barely had to lift a finger the whole day. They were serving us food and drinks and took complete care of us. We knew it was going to be a great experience but we did not even realize they were going to be so attentive to us and keeping us fed without asking and keeping the drinks coming. The food was without a doubt some of the best food we have ever been served. Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was and is still talking to us about it a week later. Everything from the most tender filet sliced right in front of you, or the huge bacon wrapped scallops for cocktail hour! We booked Distinctive Catering for our May 2025 wedding, at the recommendation of our venue, and could not have been happier with their services! Annette and all of her team members were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had so many options to choose from when it came to appetizers, main dishes, sides, and desserts. Annette also provided our bar services and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wide variety of beverages to offer our guests. Our venue had only a small prep kitchen available but that did not stop Annette from making sure our day was perfect and we had exactly what we wanted. She provided all of the linens, silverware, china, glassware, etc. Her team members were all incredibly friendly and helpful - willing to step in with anything I needed them for. Annette's day

Annette and her staff made my daughter and her husband's vow renewal a day we will never forget! The food was spectacular and all our guests ate to their hearts content! Not only did Annette run the event with precision but she made us all feel special! She owns the business yet she was serving us our drinks and bringing us plates of h'ordeuvres right along side her staff. I cannot recommend Distinctive Catering enough!! Annette and her team did an amazing job catering our wedding at the Canfield Casino. Annette was always responsive and attentive to details, and we could not have asked for a better catering company! We are still getting calls and texts from guests about how amazing the food and desert were. Eva, her day of coordinator, was so helpful through the whole process and made sure that our day went off without a hitch.
