Sara's Kitchen

Previously came in and took the gram out for lunch. We ordered the stuffed grape leaves, the hummus, and the Egyptian falafel wrap, all very flavorful. We left full, satisfied, and she made the comment that we should come back sometime. This time, I had the phone with me, so I made a point to take a few pictures to post, although it was a light lunch. The service, ambiance, and dining experience is all on point. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. The first picture is the Za’atar Labneh & Chips. The second picture is the side of Rice and Tahini Sauce.

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend in Saratoga Springs and stopped by Sara’s Kitchen on our first night, and we’re so glad we did. We started with the two kinds of sambosak, along with the halloumi cheese, followed by chicken shawarma wraps and falafel for dinner, and finished with a trio of incredible desserts: Dubai chocolate, mango kunafeh, and baklawa. With both of us having Lebanese roots, the flavors felt familiar, comforting, authentic, and made with real heart. You can truly taste the care and love in every dish. What made it even more special was the genuine Middle Eastern hospitality from Sara, her husband, and their team. They take the time to share the story behind the food, the ingredients, and the culture, which made the whole experience feel personal and meaning

We dined in at Sara’s Kitchen and it felt like a warm home-cooked meal at a friend’s house. It is clear that Sara and her team have poured in love and passion into this place. As an Egyptian, the food tasted authentic, fresh, and delicious. The shareable mezze plate and béchamel pasta were my favorites.

Very good food! We had the haloumi appetizer and another I forget the name. We also had the Turkish coffee martini which was spot on. We shared a chicken shawarma plate (I think that’s what it was called). It came with two pieces of pita but I think it should come with 4, There was a lot of hummus, too much for 2 pieces. Overall delicious!!

Sarah’s Kitchen in Saratoga offers a refined dining experience with thoughtfully prepared dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The standout, however, was the Barbosa dessert topped with honey ice cream, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was smooth, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.
