KOS Sauna

We spent the morning at KOS, the floating sauna on Saratoga Lake, and it was honestly incredible. The space was spotless, the vibe was peaceful, and Kate and Sophia were so welcoming. They shared so much helpful knowledge about sauna best practices and made the whole experience feel effortless. Being able to step right off the sauna deck and cold plunge in the lake was unbelievable. The contrast was next-level and left us feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized all at once. This is easily one of the best wellness experiences around. We will absolutely be back. 💛🔥🌊

KOS Sauna is a deeply welcoming and inclusive community sauna space. The quality of the heat in the sauna is exceptional, clearly shaped by a thoughtful understanding of what makes a sauna restorative. The space is clean, calm, and well maintained, and the atmosphere invites sauna goers space to listen to their body. People of many ages and body types feel at ease here, and there is a genuine sense of care woven into the experience. The sauna itself is located on a pontoon, which requires walking from the parking area, going down a small set of steps, and stepping onto the floating platform via a short step or ramp. My family booked a private sauna session the weekend after thanksgiving and it was such a blast! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves to sauna. It was fun to dunk in the lake during our session as well. We headed to druthers next door afterwards for the special post sauna brew! Definitely will be back again!

Incredible experience stopping in for the sauna and cold plunge in Saratoga lake. People were friendly and kind, and the sauna itself was fantastic. You should absolutely take the plunge into the lake, even in the cold months. I will most definitely be back.

So we checked out @kos.sauna on Saratoga Lake the first floating sauna in the area… and honestly? 10/10 would sweat and freeze again. Gorgeous views, perfect heat, and a cold plunge that looks peaceful until you actually jump in and your soul briefly leaves your body 😂 Great crew, great vibes, and easily one of the coolest things you can do in Saratoga when it’s freezing out. Highly recommend.
