The Pub

It looks like a dive but we love supporting the locals when traveling and at home. We had the blackened shrimp salad and it was amazing. Very fresh! The service was top notch. All the food I saw come out looked amazing. Only problem we are just passing through and will not be able to try more of their dishes.

I was in town on business and chose this hole in the wall based on reviews. It did not disappoint. The place isn’t much to look at but that adds character. I was served the best wings I’ve ever eaten. I also got a ten inch pizza that was perfectly cooked and at a good price. My server was friendly and knowledgeable. The health score was 100 on the latest inspection. I only wish they would start accepting American Express so I can stop here next time I am in town. I’m supposed to put all my travel expenses on the corporate card. But do yourself a favor and go check out this fun dive bar.

This hidden gem may not look like much from the outside, but inside is a lively pub style restaurant with delicious burgers and ample choices of spirits. The pub burger and the (Lakyn recommended) fried chicken pub sandwich were perfect. Both the regular and sweet potato fries were delicious. And the dogs were beating Auburn.

The pub itself is a solid choice, with excellent service and no major complaints. However, my rating of three stars is primarily based on the burger, which, while good, didn't stand out. On the positive side, the bun was of high quality and perfectly toasted—soft on the outside, crispy on the inside. I ordered my patty medium rare, and it was cooked precisely to my liking, a commendation to the grill master. 👏🏽 The cheese was good, and the sweet potato fries were particularly tasty. Unfortunately, the patty itself lacked flavor. Despite being juicy, it was surprisingly plain, needing more seasoning like salt or pepper to enhance the taste. Good place to hangout and grab beers. I'm glad I visited.

Great place to hang out. We got there late around 9:30, so the kitchen was closed, so we didn't get to try any of the food. The Page Brother's Band was performing, and it was highly enjoyable!
