Bertha's Cocina

Bertha's is amazing. My husband and I found this gem of a place while passing through Tifton. I had the fish tacos, which were so delicious and filled to the max. The fish was very fresh and seasoned to perfection. They had avocado on them and the spicy salsa and lime were great additions. The service was great-everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I wish we had good Mexican food like this where we live in Blacksburg, Virginia. If Bertha's were to open a satellite restaurant there, they would have a lot of loyal customers.

I really wanted to like it, but the food just wasn’t there. I went on 2 separate occasions. Once in the evening to go and the other time, dine in during lunch. The to go order was ok. Nothing to rave about, we were hungry to we dealt. During the dine in, I know the food was fresh but it didn’t taste or felt fresh. The place was empty so I expected better quality and service. I know it’s hard running 2 establishments but I still expected better.

We had the Mexican guacamole, the supreme nachos in the quesadilla. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The best experience I've had at a restaurant so far. The food is truly immaculate and the customer service is top tier. The server I had was Amber and she made it feel like we are at home. I've noticed all of the servers are great they work together as a team to make sure everyone is taken care of. If you want the best experience, go here.

Came out to try this new restaurant with my family and let me tell you, I was very impressed the tacos were amazing and the service was top notch. The prices are reasonable and the environment was great. I recommend y’all to come out and try this new place. I sure will be coming back for more.
