The Local Graze Tifton

My friend and I were looking for a fresh, local spot for lunch and stumbled upon The Local Graze in Tifton — and we’re so glad we did! The daily special was the shrimp and grits with the chef’s gravy, and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, the gravy was rich and full of flavor, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. You can truly tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. We also shared a snack tray featuring a special creation of beet hummus with fresh veggies, and it was just as impressive — bright, fresh, and so flavorful. We were traveling on I-75 and wanted something different for lunch, so after reading reviews we decided to stop at The Local Graze in downtown Tifton. It’s a cute little bistro with a welcoming vibe, and the staff was incredibly sweet and friendly from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Winter Pom Salad, which combines fresh Georgia greens, pomegranate seeds, sweet and spicy walnuts, crumbled feta, fire-grilled chicken, and their house-made fig balsamic vinaigrette. It sounded amazing, and the flavors were good, but I should have asked for the dressing on the side—there was way too much for my taste. Unfortunately, the chicken was also a bit tough and chewy, which held the dish back for me. My husband ordered the chicken salad croissant and thought it was just okay, mentioning it didn’

Was over on a business trip and remembered my sweet friend had opened this restaurant a few years back so I went and got lunch and some snacks to go!! They are the sweetest folks! Gail and Karla treat you just like family ❤️ My first time trying Shrimp and Grits... DELICIOUS!!! Oh, Mrs. Gail has a secret recipe veggie dip, get at least two containers. GET IT.... It's good for dipping veggies, chicken wings, chips, or your empty spoon in it! Chicken salad is delicious too!!!

This place was worth the hype. I drove here to meet my family from out of town during a business trip. The food tasted really good and high quality. You will leave there feeling very full. There's outdoor seating that's very nice and everyone's just super friendly. I'd recommend going a little earlier than lunch time because it can be quite busy. But I also went during the Christmas festival by accident. A very nice spot overall.

Everything I have eaten here has been great. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. I tried their flatbread today and I was impressed. They also have family meals to go. If you’re in downtown Tifton definitely stop in!
