EL Jarocho Mexican Grill 2

El Jarocho did not disappoint! The nachos cheese fries were amazing — seriously a must-try. Our waitress was quick, friendly, and extremely attentive, even with our large group.

I was seated the moment I walked in the door. The restaurant is spacious and I received my food in no time. Check this place out if you're in Tifton and looking for a casual place to dine.

Overall an ok experience. Nice location with large parking lot. Nice Mexican appearance themed building. Large restaurant, well appointed inside with plentiful seating with tables and booths. We were greated upon arrival and promptly seated in an requested booth. Waitress was prompt, but communication was very difficult due to very little English understanding from our Waitress. After several attempts to order an item, we we're provided with another Waitress that was little more versed with the English language. Ordered margarita, was pretty good and enchilada with Tostada. Wife ordered couple beef enchiladas which was very good. Portions were plentiful and tasty. Prices are very reasonable for items ordered. Our steaks were over cooked. I ordered the steak that was supposed to come with cheese sauce, it did not. The beans were tasteless and the chips tasted like the grease needed to be changed. The staff was really nice. We had a good waitress and I still left a tip even though she forgot our tortillas. The bill was $145 and everyone was disappointed. The baby even said the grill cheese was nasty. The first time I went to this place it was good, I guess they have changed the cook. Idk.

Damian was an awesome server. Very attentive and we didn’t feel rushed. Just very well taken care of. Food was pretty good. I loved the chunky guacamole. Amazing fajitas. Damian needs a promotion and more days off! Would die for him.
